The leader

As the END Fund’s founding CEO, Ellen Agler led its work to combat neglected tropical diseases (NTDs) around the world. Recognising that thought leadership could amplify the impact of that work, she asked Magnia to help.

What we did

We developed a comprehensive thought leadership framework that articulated Ellen’s voice within the context of the END Fund’s mission, giving her a structured approach to engaging key audiences and influencers in a meaningful way.

The result

The framework built on Ellen’s proactive approach to strategic networking. By engaging a wide range of stakeholders, she raised awareness of NTDs and mobilised significant resources towards their elimination.
